1. Acceptance of terms
By using endowsol.com or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. They apply to clients and visitors of our operations in Baltimore, MD and Islamabad, PK.
2. Deliverables and scope
We provide custom software, AI automation and WCAG 2.2 accessibility audits. Scope, timeline and price are set in a written Statement of Work (SOW) agreed before work begins. Changes to scope require written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
On full payment of the agreed milestones, ownership of the delivered source code, repositories and deployment documentation transfers to the client, as described in our approach. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licenses.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Endow Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software or audit reports. Accessibility audits reduce risk but do not guarantee legal compliance. Clients maintain their own backups after deployment unless an ongoing support agreement is active.
5. Website content
Website materials may contain errors and may change without notice. We do not warrant that they are complete or current.
6. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction are those stated in the signed client agreement or SOW. Questions: business@endowsol.com.
